console command identifies what cursor over

I read this awhile back on wow.com and can't find it again. It's a console command that u type it in turns it on, type it again turns it off. When it's on, whatever you move your cursor over it shows what it is over. Real helpful for identifying a mod you have it over or even just defualt ui. It identified the screen real estate. Anyone have any idea what that / command is?
thanks

I've been using /framestack now and it works wonders. I used to use the macro way and have it somewhere around.
