I have 2 questions.

1. What combat log is thus guy using.


2. How does he get his MSBT to flow like that. The healing text under his char.

That bar in your screenshot is Deus Vox Encounters.

As for the MSBT, I can't say as I don't have the bandwidth to download videos from warcraftmovies.

As already mentioned, that is Deus Vox Encounters. Specifically, it's the fight timer/boss Unit Frame/DXE control module.

The default Blizzard Float Combat Text has been enabled (there is a check box in MSBT's options to prevent MSBT from overriding/suppressing the FCT). The player has set FCT to show the healing he/she has received (from AoEs, direct heals etc.) and incoming Damage (aka damage done to the him/her).
