I ran it and now have a lot of double entries. Any way I can to fix?

make sure the double entriest are actually double entries. Even though two entries may have the same name they may have different stats. which is why they'd be double listed.

You can shift-right click on an item to remove it form the DB in any case.

is there anyway to clear the database tho and just reimport the items? cuz ireally have over 1000+ items that are dupes and that would be alot of clicking.

/kci core clear

will clear the database.

then remerge and you'll be set.
