[Suggestions] Sort by last updated. Show/Edit inteface version.

Great work on the Minion. I have a couple suggestions I would love to see implemented.

1. It would be great to sort the list of addons by latest release date. Showing the interface version would be great as well.

2. (May be the work of a new module). I would also like to be able to individually edit the toc numbers. Some ancient addons that no longer have updates still work ok, when I have verified that they are still intact on version change I update the toc 1 by 1. I prefer to have my "load out of date addons" unchecked for version control.
