Odd FPS behavior...

Since the patch, the FPS label seems to be separate from the FPS Counter Text. I've gone into the World Frame directly trying to modify it instead of an addon however nothing seems to work. FPS stays in the center of the screen while the FPS Counter is movable. Any Ideas?
