Help: Chatbar help

I've installed and everything is running fine, but how do I move my chatbar?? it seems locked when i try to move and there are no option to unlock.

Under the main menu option, interface, make sure that the "lock chat settings" is turned off.

You can also right click on individual chat tabs and click lock/unlock so you can move them in real time without having to go to the menu. unlocking the chat makes it possible to resize and move the chat boxes around. You can also add tabs and customize what appears in each window and specific msg type colors. Take some time to toy with the chat settings, you can change it quite a bit.
