New Default UI not bad, but....

Ok, I like the default UI... as in the bars etc... But I would like to be able to move the two bottom bars as well as remove the dragon end caps.

Basicly I prefer my chat windows to be below my buttons (want buttons closer to the action.
Any suggestions on where to start in making the bottom bars moveable? as well as remove dragon end caps. (they look cool and all, but waste screen space).
For the moveablity... is there just a key spot, or two, to put in the ismoveable line? or is it more of a revamp the whole darn thing?
