Can anyone please tell me what Unitframes skin or whole UI is this warrior in the beginning of the video using? I've looking for that unitframe skin many weeks but haven't found it anyhwere.

Just about any unit frame addon can look like that. I don't know what UI the Warrior is using, but you can use any UF addon.
