% Addon

I am wanting an addon that will let me place the % of life on only set bars such as my health only while leaving the target's HP showing.

Also if it can place a % on the mouse over tooltip it would help for things like telling how much HP % a wall/tower/gate is at in wintergrasp/SoTA
