Multidotting Tabbing/Targeting

Is there an addon that allows easier targeting when multidotting? What I'm looking for is to be able to switch to an NPC (with a bindable key), which I'm in combat with or have flagged (or my party has flagged), that does not have all my dots on them for Affliction (Agony, Unstable Affliction, and Corruption). If anybody can make this possible or tell me how it's not possible, I'd be very grateful

TL;DR: An addon with a key to switch to targets which don't have all the DoTs of the player on it.

You can't target things based on the presence or absence of buffs or debuffs.

You can't target by GUID, you can only target by name, but things can have the same name.

Your best bet is to use /tar boss1 - bossn macros or even /cast @boss1 Dot etc since most things that matter for dotting in a pve setting are associated in the boss frame anyway.
