How to get your interface working after patch

Download this useful app:

http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/win/35705

Use it to update your toc files.
It can make backups of your interface folder and restore them also so there is no risk of damaging your setup.

While I can't answer your question, I will point out that we recommend that you don't "fix" your UIs this way.

Open WoW and get to Character Select
Click on "Add-Ons" in the lower left corner of the screen
At top there is a checkbox for "Check Version Compatibility" - un-check it

Its better to use this method than to modify the .toc files yourself, because you will know which files are modified and which are not when you turn version checking back on.
