White Borders when going from full screen to window or vice versa

Hiya...

Don't know if this prob exists on the PC.. probably not.. But on the Mac, when I go from full screen to windowed, or vice versa, I get some thick white borders around the nUI frames.

This happens when I use Command + M to go between windowed and full screen.. The PC equivalent would be alt-tab.

I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like, for your perusal... Any ideas?

Thanks!

This is a well known and well documents Bliz video driver bug... you'll find it in the known issues list here: http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=21457

Hope the info helps.

thanks for the replies.

Yeah, resetting UI fixes it.. But it's a pain, as you lose the contents of your chat window. Bit of a pain if you're in a conversation, and also if in the middle of a raid.

You would think that after more than two years, Bliz would have fixed that bug.

Not to beat an old dead horse, but this is still around, and I checked the known bug list and didn't see it.

Obviously I'm not expecting this to be address in v5. Can you make it go away in v6 though?

I also get errors and panel displacement when I resize the window, but again - I'll just wait for the next Alpha of v6 and start bug reporting from there.

Nothing Spiel can do to fix this, it's not a nUI bug. Blizzard needs to fix it... Think it evens happens when you have the DX11 rendering enabled..
