Lua changes not showing up?

So I installed the addon rFilter3 to track my debuffs and such and I am new to the whole Lua thing and though I would give it a shot everything was going great untill my Lua changed would not show in game I would save the file and reload UI and it would do nothing I even tried exiting the game and nothing am I doing something wrong?

Edit: Well it seems to of fixed itself i guess i did something stupid.
