Long Duration Buffs Not Flowing to Short Duration Spot

I've only noticed it with fishing buffs (bait and/or lures), but once a buff hits the 1 minute remaining mark, it simply disappears. I would expect it to flow down to the player unit frame area where short duration buffs exist.

I checked Raven settings and it all looks setup properly, but I'm not entirely sure I know what I'm looking at.
