Creature Comforts

I have downloaded this addon as it represents all that I require as a WoW Hunter with Pet. However, I have a problem in that it does not feed my Pet when its Health is low and I still receive warnings that my Pet needs feeding.

I have configured the options via /cc and created several Macros via this but all to no avail. Presently the Macro reads '#show
/cast [mod:ctrl] Dismiss Pet; [mod:shift] Mend Pet; Feed Pet' and this was created by following the instructions e.g: 'Drag and drop it onto any action button like any other macro. Creature Comforts will fill in the contents of the macro for you.'. I dragged it onto my Petfeed Icon and then result is as above but sadly my Pet never feeds and gets hungry.

Can anyone please advise me where I am going wrong?
