Can Carbonite 3.21 work on WOW of client version 3.1.3?

I'm in Taiwan, and I tried the newest Carbonite 3.21, can not work on my wow client of 3.1.3 version. Is this right? or something else i should pay attention to make it work?

Hi rnism. You are correct, it will not work on your servers until Blizzard updates them to 3.2 the same as the North American and European servers. You will need to continue using an older version of Carbonite until then.
