Not seeing all addons in Minion

I have been using both lunar unit frames and tiptac quite a bit. At present, even after searching and using "Install", upon refresh neither of the addons are present in the interface. After doing the "Install", they both show an update button. After using the update button and hitting refresh, neither are shown as registered with Minion.

In addition, rant tooltip and barkeep are both updating with "Internal Error".

I don't know if any extra info will be needed, but it's worth keeping an eye on it.
