Crash on startup

Seems like an awesome program idea, but it crashes on start on my system with a "Application Failed to Initialize" and a memory location.

WinXP Home SP2 with all updates
1G RAM
3GHz P4

Make sure that you have followed the installation instructions, specifically installing .NET 2 Release Framework, and .NET 1.1 Release Framework. If you have done that, then the program should generate a wowuides.dbg file in the same directory as you installed the program. Post the contents of that file.
