Nice Damage Help!?!?

I have tried everything imaginable to get this mod working properly..... the defalt font works correctly but the instructions to change them dont work for me. I have tried other similar mods with the same problem. I have tried every font in the book but they simply wont change once i log into the game. Ive even watched the tutorials on youtube with step by step instructions. Any help would be appreciated.
