Bug: Unable To Complete Remote Turn-In Quests In Carbonite

Carbonite Map is showing the quest blob, the quest tracker is showing my progress, but I cannot do goto off of the quest, and when I finish a remote turn in quest I have to disable carbonite quests and click the turn in button in the original blizzard interface because the question mark doesn't show up in the tracker as it says the quest is not in the database. I am doing quests in the badlands if that helps. I have had to do this more than once so far.
