Need help for minimap

A green circle appears on my minimap, I don't know why or what it does. I have checked all the settings one by one and I can't find a setting to turn it off. I need to turn it off because whenever this green circle appears on my minimap, I lose FPS. I leave a few images below, thanks in advance for any help.

Disable any and all addons to see if one of them is causing the issue.
