ABINFO - Cooldown Flash Problem

This is the mod im using..

When a cooldown is finished (Herotic Strike, Bloodthirst, etc etc) It is suppose to make a huge flash. Well mine does make a huge flash.. but it goes super fast.. Like 1 second and its gone.. From PVP Movies I saw with people using this mod the flash is suppose to be slow.. like 3-4 seconds until its gone, Anyone know why its going so fast??
