Drawing SVG out of XML

Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is an XML-based vector image format for defining two-dimensional graphics, having support for interactivity and animation. The SVG specification is an open standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium since 1999.
Can I draw SVG out of client XML?

The API doesn't export any mechanism for interpreting XML. What XML there is is all processed "behind-the-scenes (reading files paths and creating frames/templates).
