Works for me as well.

The character copy page says I don't have any WoW licenses attached to my account. It seemed that this was because battle.net for some reason redirected me to the US site once I clicked the Cataclysm beta account. Changing the URL back to "eu" seems to have fixed this for me, I'm copying my character right now

Bah, got all excited for a moment Although people are saying the EU one works now too, I keep getting the maintenance page when I try to login to it. Will give it a go in another hour or so.

edit: eu battle.net back up and key working, however it tried to give me the US game client, which did nothing. Once I realised and went back to my battle.net and clicked change, i was able to tell it i wanted the eu version, and that seems to be working fine so far
