OpenRDX 7.1.13 available

This version will fix many bugs with the desktop.
Docking windows
Layout windows
Omniscience live

RDX Memory :
Omniscience Storage logs use lot of memories. You can disable it from the menu, but you will also disable omniscience live.

I have deleted some post from the error forum.
