FauxScrollFrame_Update (FIX)

This addon simply adds automatic detection for the error that most people get since patch 1.5.0 with older addons. Basically any addon that doesn't use the arguments in the correct order, get corrected before being passed to the function. If it is already correct, it simply passes it through with no changes. Tests indicate this correctly eliminates all FauxScrollFrame errors in the UIPanelTemplates script, without using a FrameXML hack...
