DBM Custom Sound

I'm trying to add more custom sounds to my DBM. I made some for TellMeWhen and got them to register and work properly. But for the life of me I can't figure out how those sounds made it into my DBM choices. Those sounds are not in the DBM-Core or DBM-CustomSounds folders, and I have no idea how they got there. All I know now is that I want to add a few more sounds to choose from. I wish I had documented how they got there in the first place... TIA

One possible explanation is ...

When you registered the sounds for TellMeWhen it may have been added to the game sound list which DBM accesses.

DBM uses LibSharedMedia for status bars, fonts and sounds.

Download the SharedMedia addon and see the instructions file inside for adding your own media.

Did this, works perfectly. When I want to add more sounds I simply put them in SOUND folder and run the .BAT file. Done deal. I finally found a site that gave clear instructions on the SharedMedia "addon".

What do you mean? I wrote the instructions in the SharedMedia addon.

Besides , the instructions that come with the SharedMedia addon are clear and precise. What did you need to find a site to explain it for???

I'm old. I was tired(?). Dunno. How about this: it works. I probably got confused, happens.
