Queue'd Casting

I'm only barely getting into WoW scripting. I'm looking for an Add-On that allows queue'd casting similar to that of EQII.

Basically the layout is something like this:


-If currently casting, and another spell is pressed, it is put into queue.
-If a spell is already in queue, and that same spell is pressed again, it will be taken out of queue.
-If a spell is already in queue, and a new spell is pressed, the new spell will be put into queue, and the old one taken out.

Basically, I only would want a queue for up to 1 spell. I've been looking at addons that do things such as auto self buffing, and similar addson to that, but I haven't quite gotten a grip on the LUA coding to create most of the checks.
