Healbot "profiles"

I may have simply overlooked this, but is it possible to setup different profiles for healbot on different characters?
I use different UI layouts for some characters and it would have been nice if changes in position or default skin on my tank/dps chars didn't change positioning and skin of my healer.

There is a profile option in relation to the look and layout of healbot. Other then that you may have to run reflux.
