Question new skin

i've dawnloaded one new skin, but i dont know where i need put the files someone can help me^^

Just install them in your [ Interface > AddOns ] folder just like you would any other addon. When you log in the first time, also click the "AddOns" button at the character selection screen and make sure the skin is enabled.

What people don't get is that I am, ultimately, an artist at heart.
My brush has two colors, 1 and 0, and my canvas is made of silicon.

IS the skin showing in your add on list at the character select screen?

yes, it is and i didnt notice at first but it did put dragons at the top of the screen just not at the bottom in his nui bar (this is his wife)

Ahh are you by chance trying to use this skin http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info13804-nUI_Dragon_Console.html?

That is actually only for the top console which is why your are seeing dragons there. Try a different one should work for ya
The screenshot on the download page for that one is actually using the one you have and this one here at the same time
