Need help, I´m searching for this userinterface

Hi

I saw this video while searching for Sinestra guides and kills on youtube, and i was very impressed by the players ui.

Can anybody help me?Does he use a completely downloadable ui, or is it selfconfigured?
If it´s not an addon package, could someone tell me the addons he´s using.
Especially the ones he uses to get this "simple/gray" look on every addon,
his bossmod on the middle left and and the bottom left panel.

I am no expert on UI compilations but if I were you I would look into the "minimalistic" stuff and pick out the addon names on the various things that I like, then mix them together and form my own minimalistic ui.

Since you are not me, simply look for compilations that are tagged "minimalistic" and see if you spot the UI.
