Consolidating multiple addons

Wondering what the best way to go about consolidating multiple small quality of life addons together is?
Could I just make an addon folder and put others in it as modules/scripts?

likely this is vague... any help appreciated lol

Look at ElvUI, TukUI, RealUI etc, which are basically just huge addons consolidating multiple addons' functionality.
Even I do it, although on a smaller scale.

For my broker addons I've created a skelleton and split the loading into system (*.toc) and addon (pack.xml).
So I can just put the addonfolders into my BrokerPack which has a xml-list of all pack.xml.

That way I dont need to keep track and can simply change the standalone addon and svn takes care to pull it into the BrokerPack.
