Frame title

I have seen some World of Warcraft addons that have a title on the top frame. How do I do that with the WoW UI Designer? The tutorial that comes with WoW UI Designer called, "HelloWorld", shows a frame with a title at the top. I'm a noob when it comes to xml, so please help me.
