Social Tab : Raid

So, i've gotten a decent handle on basic xml frames.

I'd like to have a window very similar to the raid tab in the social pane.

does anyone know how to nest a frame within another if its dropped in a hotspot around the new parent?

is it as simple as changing the parent on the mouseup?

advice?

perhaps its done by reassigning the variables to mimic the "swap" (either btwn two units or btwn one unit and nil)

im just brainstorming. i dont need interactivity help, as i've got specific liaison code for wow and my new frame.. i just need to be able to sort raid members on drag and drop, like the raid window allows.
