Well Gethe, you locked my thread so I couldn't reply and tell you about my setup; It's default RealUI. I don't move the Unit Frames or cast bars as I like them where they are.

This started the other night when I accepted the Mistweaver artifact quest on my Monk. It auto switched my spec and set the profile to healing (as opposed to tank/dps).

What other information do you need to know about my setup to try and figure this out?

Alright. After a very long evening of doing a complete wipe of Addons and WTF then reinstalling RealUI, I think I figured out what happened (or at least I've made things appear to work again). I think the recent raven update changed something in regards to unit frames and buffs/debuffs. I set up some groups in raven and that appears to be working fine as well. Also, switching between tank/dps/healing did not cause any issues either. Now it's time to sleep.
