Only thing I can think of is that particular AccountName folder and it's contents are Read-Only. Try this:

Stay logged in to WoW Find your WTF folder Right click on it, and select Properties Make sure Read-only is un-ticked Click Okay Back in WoW, type /realui, select RealUI Core, and click Re-initialize Character.
