2 suggestions: minimap colors & bag display

Hi there!
I've got 2 suggestions for mods, that I haven't been able to find:

a) the markers on the minimap for herbs/minerals and quest people are both yellow dots what makes distinguishing them kind of impossible. It would be really good to have them in different colors.

b) items in bags/backpacks that aren't usable should be displayed in red like at a vendor where unusable items are colored in red.

Does anybody know how to mod this (or has already done so / seen a mod with these features)?

I've been looking for a similar thing to what you listed in a) but was also hoping for some more smarts, eg. don't display (or display in different colour) Herbs that your Herbalism skill is too low to gather. Eg. No point with my Herbalism skill of 24 being alerted to MageRoyal or Briarthorn.
