Examine Window...???

When i mouse-over stuff i get a little pop-up in the lower right corner w/a brief description... is there a way or mod to move this window?

That's the ToolTip. GypsyMod moves it, as does Custom Tooltip, ToolTipPlacer, and more. If you go to the Blizzard Interface Forums there are more there, you just have to search through the pages to find them.
