Need some help with my addon i wrote

Hi, i would very much appreciate if someone with a bit more knowledge could look into my code for my addon and see if you can figure out what is wrong (if any). It seems and i do belive it to be my addon, that it somoehow fails to initialize properly sort of. To get the keybindings to work at all for the mod i have to do a reloadui and after that it works just fine. But if i just log in or if i zone i need to make a reload ui again to get it to work again.
