Hiding the default player, target and partyframe?

I recently discovered Float Bar ( http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=399 )
While its an excellent mod, it has no build in way of hiding the player,target and party frame, which i want to replace with Float bar.

Does anyone know how to hide those frames, or know a standalone mod that does that?

That just leaves me with the Target frame.
