What is this timer?

What is this timer that appears in the middle of my screen? It appears for Battlegrounds, Rez Timer, Breath, it's really annoying and I don't know what it is.



p.s. Please ignore the Crappy UI, I really don't work on making them look nice til the character's higher level.

I've got alot of addons, because I downloaded a pack of them, and this is why I don't know what the timer is.

That's your mirror bar, and is controlled by Quartz.

edit: to move it, type /quartz go to "Mirror" and uncheck the box for "Lock" - you'll then see an anchor
