Minion Installed But No Addons Show

I installed Minion and when I opened it for the first time, it didn't ask me where my files were located, etc. It just opened and doesn't have any add-ons showing, no way to search within Minion, etc. I know it is supposed to ask where to find the files upon opening it for the first time, but it doesn't. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times.

If this same problem is posted elsewhere, I apologize. I couldn't find a post similar to my situation.

Tools->Options-> MMOUI - WoW
Set to your WoW-Path "World of Warcraft Install Location"

I found the 2nd file and deleted it and reinstalled. It is finding my add-ons now. Didn't give me the option before to set the path.
