DART - Make textures empty/fill with health/mana?

How do I do this? I'm guessing I need to add a script to the texture. Can anyone help me out and a post a script that fills a texture based on your health from bottom to top with the texture itself? I'm making my own statrings type thing, kind of like the Gohan texture on the Discord Site.
