Lesser Known WoW Addons

I'm interested in seeing what addons other players use. I'm not asking for a full list, I just want to know if there are any "diamonds in the rough" so-to-speak. Addons that are lesser known, but still have a very useful, unique or rare purpose. Or maybe an addon that excels at doing its job, but not many people know about it.

There are only a few that I can think of right now, so here they are:

!sh - blocks "addon loaded" messages in chat pane on startup
BadPet - notifies player/group when a hunter pet uses a taunt
bobFastLoot - bypasses loot window, useful for those that auto-loot all
ExtraQuestButton - makes it easy to use quest items
Shaman Mount - makes it easy for Shaman to mount/Ghost Wolf
XToLevel - older, shows mobs/quests/dungeons/etc needed til you level up

My addon list is full of Lesser Known Addons:

TradeSkill Bookmarks: This small addon adds a bookmark button to the top of the tradeskill frame so you can quickly return to those recipes later.

WordMap Player Dot Resizer: Resizes group and raid player dots on the WordMap.

QuestMapWithDetails: see quest details and quest list at the same time.

Juwe: shows Gem Stats instead of Names

stAddonManager: Addon Manager with profils

Basic Threat Bar: Too many use Omen but all you need to see in Threat is this small bar.

Item Link Macros
: allows you to add item links into your macros simply by Shift-Clicking an item link while the macro window is open

DerangementPetBattleCooldowns: expands the default Blizzard Pet Battle interface to show the cooldowns, and buff/debuff durations for all abilities in a pet battle, including your enemy's and even benched pets.

Nice!

I like a couple of those you mentioned, so thank you for the response!

I'm always scouring the internet looking for old and new addons that still do the trick. You mention how Omen is used by a lot of people and most overlook the alternatives. Well my favorite alternative to Skada/Recount is TinyDPS. Simple, minimal, perfect.

I'll toss out some of my own addons here, just because I find them entirely too useful

Click Menu (cause convienance yo)
BobHUD (lightweight hud I use for pvp)
RaidFrameResizer (cause those blizz raid frames don't make themselves small enough)
LightweightViewPorter (my own ridiculously lightweight viewport addon I don't use myself, lmao)
SpotMe (someone requested it, ok?)

for other addons I used
Numeration
rFilter3

The first addon I ever installed: DagAssist. - I use this for my professions and hearth / ports / mass ress etc. There is another addon which can make it a broker addon and I just find it so useful.

Geist - For things I don't always want showing on my action bars, don't want to keybind, but still need access too easily. I use it for abilities that aren't a part of my normal rotation, but that I might need in a hurry.

QBar For all of the quest item things. This is especially usefull if you've got an addon to move the watch frame and it being the delicate flower that it is it won't let you click items in the watchframe any longer.

WorldFlightMap : very useful to make sure that you land exactly where you want, especially when there is so many flying points in Draenor
hideXP : abandoned addon, but still works well - simply 'removes' floating default xp numbers - handy if using some floating combat text addon

that would by 2 that i use that arent popular at all

UI For Modernists I use the bag mod from the UI as a light one bag solution.
BGPoints I had lost a lot of honor joining bg's with capped points. Made this to help me be more aware of my honor points.
