Help Please! Having strange mouse problem

Ever since after patch 4.0.1, I'm having this weird problem. Everytime when I left click the mouse, the Character Panel would pop up, anyone knows why? I have tried default keybind, also deleted Interface, WTF and Cache, the problem's still there

First of all what type of mouse do you have.

I have a mx15 or something from Logitech. It has it own software to bind the keys, as well as program specific binding. With that being said.

1.) check the mouse program
2.) do you have any addons at all running? Because addons can set your bindings and not even be in the key binding menu.
