I know WoW is terrible at specifying the addon that caused anything so I'd like the help of experienced coders (PS All the 3 addons (or more) mentioned in the error I can not do without so I wonder which one specifically caused it (it comes up on log on or shortly after)).

The issue is with Prat, possibly with the Alias module. Are you using that module? If so, did you set any aliases with a percent sign? Did you put a percent sign anywhere in Prat's settings? It's trying to replace something in a chat event using an unescaped percent sign followed by a number, causing string.gsub to interpret that as a capture index.
None of the other addons are related to the actual error. PersoLootRoll is overwriting the error handler (terribly, since a good error handler doesn't report itself in an error) and all the other addons mentioned just happen to hold the active Ace library instances involved with PersoLootRoll's private table.
