I'm not sure if I'm happy with the unit frame placement, and if anyone knows how to change the borders/background of BattleHerald that'd be great. I looked through everywhere through the lua and found nothing.

So I need a little help from you guys . This is my ui and this is the way I have castbar set up. It does good job for me when I play rogue, but not so good when I play mage/priest. As you can see I can't see my mana through it. Do you have any ideas how can I setup it ? I am totally out of ideas, I've spent many many hours tweaking it, but I wasn't happy with the effects. I am even thinking of rebuilding the whole ui. Normally I wouldn't ask about such a thing on a forum but... I hope that maybe some of you would come with some idea, tip, maybe some nice hud addon. Thanks.

wow, I love the position of the unitframes, try putting the castbar in the middle behind both unitframes, filling the space behind them with a bar.

so that way when you cast, you can clearly see your progress and the spark, as well as a latency safe bar if you use one.

I hope that makes sense, also, what font is your chat? looks clean

What chat mod is that? It shows your loot "+item"

I would try either just a classcolored spark.

Or add the castbar on the top the same size as powerbar.

Example in pic, top is spark, bottom and the green bar is castbar.

I just snagged Haleth's awesome chat from his "freeui" and made some changes, but the + loot feature is already in there
