Macro text spamming

I got a friend setup on REALUI. He loves it but is having an issue. He uses gnomesequencer to spam macros. In the middle of his screen he is getting a red text spam of "your target is alive" or "your target is dead" or you cannot interact with this target.

Any idea what addon is taking these messages and placing them in the middle of the screen. I have the same UI setup and use macros but the only text I get is when I am out of range. Not the constant "Target is alive"
