Enable RealUI Tooltip to Display on Mouse

I apologize if this question has been asked before, I did a search of the forums and couldn't find an answer to it.

I was wondering if there's a way to set the tooltip to display on mouse rather than a specific location? I've tried running various macro scripts and using in-game settings, but to no avail.

I understand that RealUI uses FreebTip, and I've tried opening its command line prompt but it appears to only give you the option of moving it around, but not setting it to 'mouse' at all.

I'm on the latest build of RealUI (from July 23rd), if that helps at all.
