I had a feeling, but wanted to be sure. It's Elkano's BuffBar.

Check OCB, it's the only casting bar mod in your interface.

Yeah, it's showing how long is left on the 5min wisdom buff....

BuffBars was the only thing I saw on that list to give you something like that.... Try disabling your hud to see if it goes away... (Just a thought, probably won't work. )

That sure looks like either oCD or CooldownTimers2. Try this: download DeuceCommander and install, it allows you to access all of your Ace2 mods with the use of /commands. Then look the Combat and/or Unknown menus (click the + symbol to expand the tree). Should you see either of those two AddOns, then look for a Lock or Anchor button in DC. Click that and you should be able to drag that bar to where you want it. Click the the Lock or Anchor button to lock it place.

I think you're confusing DeuceCommander with Niagara. DC is a dewdrop menu, Niagara is a waterfall GUI.

But, according to his addon list, he has neither of those you mentioned installed.

Edit: and he doesn't need DeuceCommander or Niagara - he's using ModMenuTuFu

Cooldown Monitor is part of oRA2. oRA2 only enables itself when you join a raid, and that is a window to keep track of things like druid innervates/rebirths, etc. (I think.) The cooldown monitor frame was probably just placed in the same part of your screen. You can turn it off in your oRA2 options, though.

I still don't think that's what is in your screenshot, though...

Put your cursor over the frame and type /print GetMouseFocus():GetName(). This will tell you the name of the frame and probably give you a hint as to which addon it belongs to.

with "/print GetMouseFocus():GetName()" there only stands "nil" in the chat window

and in the oRA2 options i only can "toggle" the cooldown monitor but i tried to cast again and there was the bar again

i can't grab it with "strg+click" and then move .... sometimes it works.... but nothing

I said I didn't think the bar was from oRA2, just the cooldown monitor frame/text.

You'll have to disable your mods a few at a time to figure out which one is causing it. Get this ( http://www.wowinterface.com/download...6839-rMCP.html ) to help you with that.
